The Legend of
        Zelda
         By Michael Johnson

Have you started a Zelda a Link to the Past game and can’t beat it? It may be a little tricky, but not impossible. With this guide, you’ll not only beat bosses, but know about the Zelda game.

At the beginning, Link awakes to a telepathic message that Zelda’s locked up in a dungeon. He wakes and his uncle is dressed for battle. You save Zelda, get three pendants, fight a wizard, and get seven crystals and take down Gannon!

Beating the game is real tricky, but bosses make it even tougher. Here are a couple of strategies to kill a few of them.

Ball and chain trooper
Use the boomerang to stun it, and attack with the sword. Repeat and dodge attacks.

Armos knights
I Attacked 5 out of 6 with arrows. Last one left turns red and tries to stomp on you. Squish, squishes don’t let him squish you. More arrows should do the trick.

Lammolas
Attack with bombs or just a spin attack. That will do it. You attack 2 and one becomes a super one. Oh yeah; They shoot rocks at you and the last shoots more at you. You can dodge these easily.

Moldorm
This is real easy. NOT. Mainly you shouldn’t fall off the edge. Spin attack the tail and it’ll rocket you to victory.

Aginham
Reflect the fire balls and if he shoots a blue one dodge it. If he goes to the  top, dodge the lightning. Reflect the balls with either the sword or the bug catching net.

Now that you know how to beat bosses and more, you’ll have a pretty good start at beating the game. I hope you can beat the game at least three times.

                                                Closing … closing …
                          Closed.

Oh yah. You can find more bosses at

The selfish stories

This is my presentation of two stories. They are about 2 selfish people. The titles of these stories are the magic prison and the blind man. They both learn lessons but one learns from his mistakes. Here is the magic prison story.

The magic prison is about a young selfish prince who is trapped in a magic play house. When he becomes even more selfish the windows turn smaller and it turns to a dungeon. When he shows kindness to a little bird the windows get bigger and he becomes a little freer. After which he frees a bird knowing he himself is trapped. He then is released and rejoins his family

The blind man is a story of a selfish man who finds a priest in the desert. The priest leads the man to a cave full of gold, telling him that in return the man will give the priest halve of his camels to carry some gold. The man then tells the priest little by little to give the man his money. Then he takes a cup full of ointment and asks what it does. He says if he puts on his left eye, he sees all treasures. On the right, he’ll be blind. He thinks the priest is lying and becomes blind. Since he was selfish he suffered the consequences.

The prince in the magic prison says to be kind and you will be happy. If you’re cruel, you will be in a lot of sorrow. The blind man warns of the danger of greed. both teach the reader in unique ways. After reading this you should know not to be greedy

Hello friends! And welcome to the generation of spys. Most plain people join and become top mission spys so you should too! There isn’t a day not spent infiltrating a enemy base, and the excitement is unbearable! There’s also scientific proof that the chance of dying here is less probable then regular! So you should seriously join the spy team.
Spys are also really cool. So if you become a spy, you will be very cool as well! Not like those dirty goody two shoes who’d rather do nothing to bring earthly peace and no bad guys. You either join my spy group, or leave an unhappy life full of miserable slime. So join my spy group or else you’re out of luck

Super    Saturday!
                                                By Michael Johnson

I will never forget last Saturday. It was so awesome I almost died. If I would call it anything I would call it………super Saturday. It was very fun, and I had a good time

When I woke up, I got ready for scouts. We were learning about money you see. I was getting a merit badge. We also played money jeopardy and learned to spend our money wisely.

When I had finished learning about money, I had McDonalds for lunch. And then
My friend Austin Michael picked me up and we hung out in his tree house. It had a rope ladder but I never did manage to climb it. After that, we had a Nerf war and played videogames. Shadow the hedgehog.

When I went home, we had panda express. That’s a very good Chinese restraunt. I then got a fortune cookie that said someone is thinking good thoughts of you. Marian [my sister] got the same fortune.

After that we settled down and read. My family loves to read Narnia and when it’s late my dad reads voyage of the dawn treader. Later, me and my family talked about our day and went to bed

So that closes it off. You can now tell I had an excellent Saturday. I had a good time and I hope you do to!

I will never forget last week at my grandma’s cabin. I had a good time, and a funny time. I hope you will have a good time reading this funny story.

We started with the car trip.. So we packed our stuff and left in about 3:00. It took us a while to get there so we had a real boring time in the car. We had a meal in Spokane, and got there just in time for bedtime.

We had fun the next day. I went snow shoeing with my grandpa. There’s almost always snow at their cabin. That’s because he lives halfway up a mountain. The next day we went to an outdoor hot tub. The worst part was walking barefoot in snow to get to it.

On the last day, I played videogames with my uncles and aunts and packed our stuff. When we left, we noticed the more we went down the hill, the less snowy it got. When we got home, I couldn’t find my GAMEBOY charger. So we called them to look for it. We found it in the morning, and everything went back to normal.

A law is what binds men together and what keeps everything in order. Kipling, an author who supports this law, wrote a book called the jungle book. The jungle book is a novel with a lot of examples for laws.
For example, the wolfs who followed the law grew stronger by number and strength, because they became much more organized. They would hunt just enough so they wont go hungry and leave the rest for others. And they followed a good leader to the end, and lived happily.
But some decided to defy the law. Sher Khan broke the law, and led many away from the law to live life as an outcast. Hated from all the others, these enemies of the law will steal, murder, and live a life of shame and loneliness.
In the end, the good wolfs seek out the evil and destroy Sher khan. The law of the jungle continues to thrive, and they’re rid of those who broke it. As you can see, the laws of the jungle and the laws today are good to follow if you want to live a happy life.

            Let’s donate to the scientists!

There is so much pollution everywhere! Is there anything we can do about it? Yes. We can donate to science so they can create a new technology. Water-run cars!
With these no gas cars, you can ride at the same speed and can run on just water, which naturally recycles itself.  What is cooler then that?

Also, animals are being hurt too. Picture this. You’re a survivor living on an iceberg. As time goes by, your home gets smaller and smaller until you live on a square foot. As time passes the iceberg melts, until you are swimming in cold water, looking for another iceberg to call home. This is what penguins and polerbears feel. If we reduce pollution, it will create major change to their population.

If we give a grant to science, it will boost our lives, and other lives. Water is reusable and easy to get, and extremely lighter then gas. So what do you say? Giving money to science is a win-win situation.  Not only will it improve our lives, but will help the whole planet.

Going to Silver-wood
By Michael Johnson

Have you ever been to silver-wood? Don’t. Disneyland is better. But silverwood is still fun. Anyway, I went with my siblings and my uncle and aunt to silverwood once. We basically went on the ride scrambler a bunch, wich is a ride that whips you around really fast.

First, I dared my uncle to say “hey hotso” to one of the girls. We then had fun with a game that involved getting on, WOOSHH we yell nonsense like “will you mary me?” or “my heart belongs to you!”  and then WOOSH! We were carried away.

We also saw a magic show and played a game called FIND THE FAULT IN THE MAGIC were we’re pointing out “oh theres a person right there controlling it” or “theres tottaly a trapdoor right there.”

There were also roller coasters I liked, but the only ones I was able to get myself to go on were corkscrew and timberwood terror, IN YOUR FACE JAROM WHO IS TOO CHICKEN TO GO ON ANYTHING!

So anyway, if you want to go to silverwood, GO TO DISNEYLAND INSTEAD!!! It is so much better.

Disney
                                                         A great man

Have you ever watched one of Disney’s timeless classics? Walt Disney was cool even before he was into making movies and was a success after his best hits. He was important from birth to death. Here is my report on the life of Walt Disney.

Before the movies Disney was still a good artist. His family didn’t make much money, so he found other ways to draw. He even drew on his house with a bucket of tar once, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he got grounded for it. When he grew up he announced he was going to be an artist. His dad wasn’t happy but let him do it anyway.

So now that Walt had built his dream it was time to accomplish his dream. He met a guy named Ub and he and Disney soon became good friends. Disney made a company and started making a cartoon called “Alice in Cartoon Land”. He also made Oswald the Lucky Rabbit”. But he soon lost the rights to Oswald for he was not being careful. He then made Mickey Mouse and he made sure he wouldn’t lose him like he lost Oswald.

After making great hits like “Snow White” and “Fantasia”, he created a theme park. He noticed other parks were just a few rides in a big ugly lot. Disney created Disneyland and soon millions of people were going to it. He then started Disney World, but unfortunately he didn’t live to see its completion. His brother Roy finished Disney World and I’m sure Walt would have been proud of it.

Disney was an amazing man who made one of the most successful movies of all time. His company still makes breathtaking films that amaze watchers and critics alike as they sit back and relax and enjoy the show. As you can see Disney is one of the heroes of America.

When there are times of money-don’t-know-what-to-dos, people send worthwhile ideas to editors. I'm not saying that your ideas are horrid; I just have one better idea. Let’s donate to the scientists!

Dogdog
By Michael

When my sister and I were hired to baby sit a dog named Dogdog, we were expecting an easy job. Boy, were we wrong. It all started when the Ruths asked us to babysit their dog. Our main duty was walking, feeding, and leading him outside to do her business. We were on the duty two times a day, everyday, for about a week, and it was kind of stressful.
We would come in the morning to find Dogdog waiting, and we would take him to the back yard, were she would poo and we would clean it up. One day she just wouldn’t do her business. The next day, we arrived to find diaria on the floor. We had to borrow a carpet cleaner to get it out. That was the worst part of the whole week.
We would take Dogdog out on walks in the morning. She would usually pee on the way, and we would have an easy time. She’s a good dog, and she’d never bark at other dogs. My sister and I and would take turns walking her and scooping her poop. It was smelly. Imagine a skunk. Then the skunk had a party inside of the poop. That’s basically what I had to take care of.
As you can see, sometimes taking care of a dog is hard. But, if you have a box of dog treats, an easy dog to babysit and a sister like mine, you can’t go wrong.

Essay

The heights by great men reached and kept,
Were not attained by sudden flight;
But they, while there companions slept,
Were toiling upward through the night.

When I read this poem, it reminded me of men [and women]. Some of these people are great for devoting there life’s to science. Its about good men doing good things while there helpers don’t help a lot.

Michael faraday is the first I will write about. He was a good thinker and always asked questions. For example, he made a current of electricity motivated by questions. His big dream was to make a waterwheel on Niagara Falls. His dream came true, and to this day a monument lies at Niagara Falls before a waterwheel.

Next on the list comes Nikola tesla. He did experiments about electricity. He made an ac motor to send electricity throughout the entire town. Thomas Edison produced a dc motor but this was less superior than teslas motor. I thoroughly thought that he was a jerk though, but only because he thought marrying would distract him in his work. Kids aren’t all that bad, are we?

When I grow up, I will be a pilot so I won’t really have science traits. But I will be thoroughly improving jets so much that ill bring back the classic bi-plane in futuristic mode! Scientists are always making life better and I will to.

When I grow up, I’m going to make a revised version of bi-planes and game boy advances. Scientists might be cool but I’m sticking with pilot/engineer. Till later, see ya!
